Adriana, Andy and Jemima explored the very exciting commercial marine opportunities at the Europort exhibition in Rotterdam this month.

European Relationships 

Europort brought together many of the continent’s top shipping executives, agents and manufacturers, with many companies recognising Scott Aerospace’s ability to provide solutions for the UK market following Brexit. We learned a lot about how we can support new manufacturers and suppliers to increase our offerings to customers. It is clear we can assist many more EU suppliers in their journey.

We also had great conversations with people who travelled from further afield, highlighting global opportunities.

International trips are a great opportunity for colleagues to get to know each other - and this was no exception, with each of us learning from the other’s areas of expertise while navigating the exhibition with common goals.

Rotterdam is Europe’s largest port - where better to find some of the world’s most ship owners, operators and agents. Whether during the day at the Europort conference, or in the evenings such as a party hosted aboard a cruise ship, Rotterdam exceeded expectations. We look forward to returning for the next Europort.
