Scott Aerospace deliver speech at Royal Marines Chivenor

Seamus delivered a speech about Scott Aerospace and working with local businesses.

Scott Aerospace visited Royal Marines Barracks Chivenor in November to meet other notable members of the defence and maritime industries from across Devon. Colleagues Seamus and Oliver attended the event in RM Chivenor and we were further invited to deliver a speech about Scott Aerospace, our roles in the industry and discuss how we can help local businesses to participate in the market.

Royal Marines Barracks Chivenor was the perfect place to discuss defence innovation on land and sea with more than 150 other businesspeople present from across Devon and the South West. Various sectors of the local economy were represented, including manufacturers of advanced equipment, shipbuilders, cyber-specialists, recruiters and other industries.

Presentations were delivered by a range of speakers including the local MP Ian Roome, Royal Navy personnel, UK Defence Innovation (UKDI), North Devon Council, Navantia UK and Scott Aerospace among others.
