Working closely with Rolls-Royce, we developed the Propeller Gearbox Removal (On Wing) Care Programme for the Airbus A400M’s TP400 engine. The result? A suite of tools for replacing the gearbox with the engine on the wing – and a 66% cut in maintenance time.
