Danish Defence Annual Conference

DDAC is the premium annual defence conference in Denmark and 2026 was the largest yet, with almost 1000 delegates from 20 countries - including Scott Aerospace from the UK. We were delighted to return to Copenhagen having attended DALO in the summer.

Connecting and Learning

DDAC provided valuable opportunities to connect with the top contributors to the Danish defence industry. Scott Aerospace are growing our connections across Europe (including Ireland) and Copenhagen is a fantastic place to meet people who are as excited about defence as we are.

The conference also features learning opportunities on subjects ranging from the latest technological developments across the industry, to Denmark’s role in NATO.

Denmark currently spends over 2% of its GDP on defence and is boosting its budget - this year the country expects this figure to exceed 3% of GDP. The Danish government is recognising increased risks such as the Russian war in Ukraine and a need to invest in Arctic defence, especially the Faroe Islands and Greenland which are under the protection of the Kingdom of Denmark.
